Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Communicating with our sales reps and vendors to verify data and quote specialty pricing.
- Reading sales orders and converting the data into a purchase request with numerous vendors.
- Verifying orders after they are placed to ensure accuracy.
- Updating our ERP computer databases to communicate job status to other teammates.
Soft skills we look for:
- Solid computer skills: Microsoft Office 365 suite, Salesforce and web ordering portal.
- Cooperative, easy going personality when dealing with customers.
- Able to work 9-10 hour days if needed. Interest in working OT on Saturday mornings during the summer, busy season.
