Full Job Description
The Representative will be responsible for increasing sales appointments through confident follow-up phone calls to pre-existing customers. This is an excellent hourly opportunity for a self-starter that has a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
Duties include
- Answering in-bound appointment requests.
- Surveying customers to better understand their window buying needs.
- Calling unsold leads to reset appointments.
- Communicating with customers via texting service.
- Entering lead information in our computer database.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in building quick rapport on the phone.
- Read & understand project specifications.
- Excellent customer service skills and phone demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Google suite.
- Must work well in a team environment
