Overall the job was well done. I like the look of the windows and they match well with the original windows still in other places on the house. The guys who did the work were very nice, professional, courteous. They did the work on a very cold day (10 degrees) but I did not hear any complaints. Cleanup was done well especially given the snow on the ground. My only complaint is two small cracks in the siding under the windows that were replaced - each is an inch or so. But other than that, nicely done.

The windows allow so much light! Our original windows were 83 years old. The new windows are so easy to open and clean. We already feel warmer with the new windows. The workers were friendly, neat, quick and efficient. We highly recommend Wonder Windows!

From Nick my salesman, to the first crew who installed 8 windows in Nov 2021, to John and Joe who installed 4 windows in 4-degree weather on Jan 21, 2022, to Heather who kept me updated on my 2 orders, to Carl who did the scheduling - a HUGE thank you for all your hard work. I own an apartment building and have 18 more windows going in next May or June. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. You get the best products and the BEST people to work with you. The windows make an amazing difference not only in the look of the building but also in the quality of life for me and my tenants.
We bought Windows and a sliding glass door for our porch through an independent contractor who remodeled our porch about 6 years ago. The products and price were both excellent. Recently the sliding door became very difficult to open and was making a racket when we closed it. But the independent contractor who installed the door has since retired. We called Wonder Windows to hire their repairman. He came to the house, removed the sliding glass door on a very cold winter day and discovered the problem. The independent contractor had installed the kick lock in the wrong spot and had inadvertently drilled a screw right through a roller. Over the 6 years the wheel kept rubbing on the screw and eventually the roller broke. The Wonder Windows repairman replaced the roller and properly reinstalled the kick lock. The door now works like new! Here’s the frosting on the cake: Even though this was not in any way the fault of Wonder Windows they did our repair cost free. We were both amazed and so very grateful. We now know what a wonderful company they are and will absolutely use them again in the future.
